RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Last updated 27/05/2024. We have now made our returns process even easier!

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're happy!

Furniture can be big, bulky and heavy. To make everyone's life as easy as possible, we ask that you double check any space or size that the furniture is meant to fit in or needed in. Every single refund or exchange is handled by a case by case basis. But please rest assured we will always help in anyway we can.

If you unfortunately do make a mistake with sizing or spacing and the furniture is removed from its packaging we may not be able to offer a refund. If the situation calls for it, we will offer a partial refund as once its out of its packaging it is classed as used. We will deduct a return fee but it will be as minimal as possible to keep you happy! 

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item or no longer want an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Your Item(s) Need(s) To Be:

  • Unused and with all original components 
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Please note that you the customer will be responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to us. If you're locally based (within the London area) we will collect it for free.


If we deliver the item and you would like a refund because you simply just don't like it, unfortunately we won't be able to offer it. Please make sure you get in touch with us before purchasing if you would like any questions answered. However if you're very local and the packaging hasn't been removed we may offer a refund; please remember we view all refunds on a case by case basis. 

MATTRESSES

We always want to make sure that you're never left with something you don't like. That goes for our mattresses too! In order to make this happen we offer a 5 day trial period:

  • For the first 5 nights, please keep the plastic packaging on the mattress. Please do not remove it for hygiene reasons.
  • If for any reason the mattress is too hard or soft or you just don't like it, we can offer a refund as long as the plastic cover hasn't been removed.
  • The trial is for 5 days. Unfortunately we aren't as big as the giant corporations who offer 30 days :(
  • To let us know you'd like a refund or exchange simply call and give us your address and we will sort the rest out.

Items must be checked at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for faults found after this. You are responsible for verifying the item has been delivered to you in a good manner. If there are any faults upon delivery we will always fix the problem or offer  compensation if it's more suitable. 

If you have paid for delivery on a item and there is a fault with the item and you would like a replacement, we will not charge you for the delivery again as this is unfair and not how we do business. If the situation calls for it and you do consent we may charge but not without speaking to you first. 

When we do not have to offer a refund

We do not have to refund a customer if they:

  • knew an item was faulty when purchased
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)
  • no longer want an item 

If you've changed your mind and need to return an item or no longer want an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
